Agridome Saturday 'Pre-Game' Practices
Below are the dates/times booked at the Agridome for team practices. Be sure to confirm these with your coaches. Some teams may 'combine' their practices, sharing floor time to provide more practices, and we will update this schedule if and when changes happen.

Community Skills Training Sessions
All players are expected to attend skills training once a week in their own community. These sessions will focus on individual skills developement versus team skills.
Amherst (Peter Spicer) - EB Chandler, Mon nights, 7pm-8:30pm
Antigonish -TBA 
Pic. Co. (Mark Fortune) - Stellarton NSCC, Tuesday, 7:30pm-9:00pm
  * except 2 dates: Nov. 15 8:00-9:30pm; Dec. 6 8:00pm-9:30pm
Truro (Jol Hunter) - BH Jr High Gym, Mon & Thur, 8pm-9pm
  * split into 2 groups, Girls on Mondays, Boys on Thursdays
