REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY:
GPWSL fees register the player with GPSA, NWP, ASA as well as covers all applicable insurance fees. We are not eligible for a refund from these organizations. As such, after the registration deadline of October 7, 2011, GPWSL fees are non-refundable. Prior to October 7, 2011, requests for refunds will be honored.

MEDICAL REFUNDS
If a player finds themselves unable to complete the season due to medical reasons, they should contact executive@gpwsl.com as soon as possible. Based on the effective date of notification, we will refund your fees on a pro-rated basis. Prior to issuing the refund, we may also ask for a letter from your doctor stating that you are unable to play.
