HOW TO UPDATE YOUR TEAM JERSEYS

The steps listed below outline how a "Team Official" can update player jersey numbers for players assigned to a team. Team officials are assigned to teams by Club Registrars and are normally sent an "automated email" letting them know their username and password that are required to do this.

Step 1. LOG IN to ITSportsNet Website

Click on the image above to go to the ITSportsNet v2.1 website or in your web browser enter the address http://gw.itsportsnet.com/admin/v21.

A log in screen is displayed:

Enter your username (usually your email address) and your password that would have been sent to you by email)

IMPORTANT- If you are involved with more than one soccer club, you may see a second screen where you need to choose the ‘League’ from the displayed ‘League’ dropdown. And if you have more than one ‘Role’ in the ITSportsNet system, you may also see a dropdown box where you need to choose a ‘Role’ – this should be a coach, asst. coach, or team manager role to do this task.
 

* If you forgot or do not know your password, you need to contact your Club Registrar who can have the system send you "automated email" with a new password (and you can then use the 'Setup-Change Password' to change that password to something easier to remember if you want).

Step 2. Go to the 'Register'-'Team Roster' process

Click on the "Register" tab found along the top of the screen.

Click on the 'Team Roster' process that is shown along the left side under 'Processes-Manage Teams'

Step 3. Select a Team

If you are a team official for more than one team, you need to first select the team roster that you want update.

Step 4. Select ‘Update Player Numbers’

Team Roster update displays team details at the top and a list of the Team Officials and Team Players at the bottom.

Click on Update Player Numbers” link to go to next step:

Step 5. Update –Save Player Numbers

Add or Edit the ‘Game Jersey’ values for each team player (you will not be allowed to enter the same number twice except for a zero) 

Click on “Save and Return” button when done.

Step 6. Finish – Log Off

Click on the ‘Back’ arrow to confirm changes are saved.

You can then either click on ‘Log Off’ to exit/end your session OR if you are a team official for more than one team, you can use “Team Roster” option to choose another team and update more player numbers.
