1.          Number of players on the field	5 versus 5 - including GKs (4 out players + GK) *Club can decide to play 5 out and a goalie; encourage rotation of goalies
2.          Maximum team size	10 to 12 Players
3.          Single gender	Male and female teams have separate leagues
4.          Game duration & substitutions	2 halves of 25 minutes
5.          Ball size	3
6.          Field size	22 m x 36 m (25 x 40 yards - marked off by coaches' steps)
7.          Goal size	8 feet x 4 feet (Goal area marked off in a semi-circle)
8.          Off sides	NO
9.          Throw-ins	YES
10.        Corner kicks	NO
11.        Referees	YES - assigned referee or coach as referee
12.        Free Kicks / Goal Kicks	YES - all indirect (no direct shots on net from a dead ball situation)
