Refund Policy

Summer Registration

Full refunds of registration fees will be granted ONLY for the following circumstances:

1. Cancellation of a program due to lack of registrants or coaches;
2. Player cut from team during tryouts;
3. Illness or injury as proven by a Doctor's certificate with written request received by May 30^th;
4. Relocation, with a written request for refund, received by May 30^th.

Refunds, less an administration fee of $15, will be provided for other refund requests prior to the start of the related program. 

Partial refunds will be granted after programs commence ONLY in the following circumstances:

1. Illness or injury, as proven by a Doctor's certificate;
2. Relocation.

The amount of the partial refund will be calculated using the following rules:

1. A $15 administration fee will apply;
2. Soccer Nova Scotia fees (payable by the club for every registrant) will not be refunded after June 20^th;
3. Highland District fees charged to the Club on a per-person basis will not be refunded after June 20^th;
4. The CC Riders portion of the fee will be pro-rated based on the length of the program remaining.
