For 9 and 10 year olds, Phoenix and it's affiliated local Community Recreation Centres offer gender appropriate House-League competition in 9 Vs 9 games.

The 9's & 10's House Leagues (9-a-side on 3/4 fields) are for beginners and players alike and provide a good introduction to soccer.  The 9's and 10's House Leagues provide an introduction to competition where the game scores are kept in league standings.  Additionally teams play in a District play-off format and in City Finals Competitions for both A & B sides.  The 9"s and 10's House League Teams play two nights a week during the months of May, June and September and participate in a Fall District & City Finals.  The House League also caters to those players who do not have the time commitment available to "strive for excellence" in the sport of soccer.  Parents sign up children at your local Community Club.  Costs vary from club to club (see table of contacts for your local Community Club).
