Team Contacts
We have asked for two contacts, as we must be able to get in touch with you before the tournament. Your fax number and e-mail address is very important, as we will be faxing or e-mailing information to you before the tournament. Please ensure the contact information you provide is usable during August.
Registration Deadline
The Registration deadline is July 25, 2008. Any applications received after this date will be placed on a waiting list.
Fees
The cost for the tournament is $350. The Earlybird fee is $300 for applications received prior to June 1, 2008.
Class of Tournament – YOUTH Divisions
This is a competitive Class A and Class E level tournament. For YOUTH division, to participate in the tournament, your team MUST be registered as a competitive team. House or Select teams will NOT be permitted to play. Please check with your district if you are unsure of your level of play. Non-competitive teams will NOT be allowed to play and refunds will NOT be given if it is discovered at registration (Aug 15, 2008) that your team is not registered as a competitive team. There cannot be any exception to this.
Class of Tournament – MINI Divisions
For the MINI division your team MUST be registered as a competitive or select or all star team. House League teams will NOT be permitted to play. Please check with your district if you are unsure of your level of play. House League teams will NOT be allowed to play and refunds will NOT be given if it is discovered at registration (Aug 15, 2008) that your team is not registered as a competitive or select or all star team. There cannot be any exception to this.
Travel Permit
All participating teams traveling from outside York Region (Ontario) must provide a signed Permission to Travel form from your district. This must be included with your application form or we will return your application to you.

The Thornhill Soccer Club reserves the right to cancel an age division if we do not get at least 6 teams participating in that division.
Please visit our website for information on hotel accommodations, maps to fields, tournament rules and Team Roster forms. We will attempt to maintain a running total of teams entered in each division and we expect schedules to be available within at least a week of the tournament.
