Security Clearance

All coaches and team administrators are required to obtain a Security Clearance from the local police department.

Procedure

1. Local Police Department - 490 Childs Drive, Milton ON L9T 5G2 (not available between 11am-1pm)
2. Request a Security Clearance (Police Check) with Vulnerable Sector Screening
3. Cost is $15 - Volunteer Clearance (can be paid cash, interact or credit card)
4. You will need 2 pieces of government issued ID, one must be picture ID
5. The completed Security Clearance will be mailed to your home address
6. Photocopy the completed form and submit copy to the Milton Youth Soccer Club office
