For the Coaches:

All coaches MUST have your team player evaluation forms submitted in order to have your team participate in your Skills Day.

Evaluation forms can be downloaded from the website here

If you are not going to be present on Skills Day, please complete the form ahead of time and have a parent from your team submit it or email it to your Convener.

Please gather your team on the south field (#2) near the Milton Youth Soccer table.  Once all teams have arrived you will be given your scoring sheets and coupons.  You will then be instructed as to which field your Skills Competition will begin on.  Remember to have a parent available to run your scoring sheets to the Optimists table immediately after each event.

Awards will be given to the three individuals with the highest point totals in each age group. NOTE:  Skills Day scoring and awards are handled by the Optimist Club and have nothing to do with results of games throughout the year.  This is a non-competitive league and no standings are kept at these age groups.)

All children will receive a trophy from Milton Youth Soccer Club for their participation in the summer soccer season. These will be handed out following the Skills Day competition.

Hotdogs and Drinks will be provided for each player (compliments of the Optimist Club).
