  FC NORTHWEST INDOOR SOCCER REGISTRATION

                 September 8th           7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
                 September 9th           7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
                 September 10th        7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
                 September 11th        12:00 PM to 3:00PM

Location: FC Northwest – Office Upstairs at 725 Kingsbury

Indoor Registration Fee: $395.00 per player
Registration fees may be paid by debit card, credit card, cheque or cash.

Payment Plan Options:
1) One Payment – Entire Amount
2) Two Payments - $ 198 on the registration date, $ 197 on Oct 15^th3) Three Payments - $ 200 on the registration date, $ 100 on Oct 15^th, $ 95 by Oct 22^nd

Indoor is slightly different than outdoor in that we have to pay for the venues, referee’s and various administration fees up front.
This year we have to be fully paid up for all our teams by Oct 22^nd. This is the reason for the timing on the re-payment structure above.

FCNW Development League Fall Assessments

All assessments will be held outdoors. Players should dress warm and wear outdoor footwear.

Players must be registered to take part in the assessment process.

Registered players must take part in the assessments to be put on a team.

Assessment dates are as follows

Sept 15 u-12 Girls (girls born in 1998) 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. Kinver

U-12 Boys (boys born in 1998) 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. Kinver

Sept 16 u-11 Girls (girls born in 1999) 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. Kinver

U-11 Boys (boys born in 1999) 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. Kinver

Sept 17 u-10 Girls (girls born in 2000) 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. Kinver

U-10 Boys (boys born in 2000) 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. Kinver

Sept 20 u-12 Boys 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. Kinver

U-12 Girls 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. Kinver

Sept 21 u-11 Boys 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. Kinver

U-11 Girls 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. Kinver

Sept 22 u-10 Boys 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. Kinver

U-10 Girls 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. Kinver
