Constitutional Appeal Form

Appeals and complaints must be submitted to the CSHSAA Executive Director by the Principal of a member school only.

Appeal Forms can be submitted via fax to 777-6226 or email (vjquan@cbe.ab.ca).

If Appeal Form is submitted via fax, the Principals signature must be on the form. If submitted via email, the email must come directly from the Principal to be considered to have been signed electronically.
