EYBA League policies and issues
No outside shoe policy - As a general rule and consistent with most school policies, we require you to take off your outside shoes when you are entering the front door of the school or a gym. You can either wear socks, or bring inside shoes to the games, or practices with you.
No coffee or food policy - We continually receive complaints from custodians about the mess that is left after games. In an effort to respect the gyms that we use, we do not allow coffee, or food in the gym. Water is the only thing permitted.
Supervison of others in the school - Please watch your non-basketball playing children while you are in the gym. The only place your children are permitted is the gymnasium. Children are not permitted to run around the schools unattended.
Fair Play guidelines - Fair Play guidelines have been signed by parents, coaches, and players. Parents, coaches, and players need to understand that being a gracious winner is as important as being a gracious loser.
